1. The water-cooled screw chiller should have a dedicated machine room, and measures should be taken to remove the heat generated during the operation of the unit from the engine room. The ventilation capacity can maintain the room temperature not exceeding 35 °C.
2. The water-cooled screw chiller should be installed on a rigid base or concrete foundation that is not deformed. The foundation should be flat and should be able to withstand the weight of the unit during operation.
3. The water-cooled screw chiller base should have drainage measures such as drainage ditch sufficient to discharge water in the system during seasonal operation or maintenance.
4, the machine room should have enough space for the installation and maintenance of the unit; the machine room should have enough space for extubation; at the same time, the pipe and line pipe should not be laid above the compressor.
5. It is recommended to reserve the spacing between the vibration-proof rubber joints when installing the water pipes and the take-over size of the unit, so that the unit can have proper construction and adjustment space after arriving at the site.
6. In order to make the electrical components work normally, do not place the unit in dusty dirt, corrosive smoke and high humidity. If this happens, it must be corrected.
