In some areas, the temperature in winter is basically below zero, so we need to pay attention when using industrial chillers, because some occupations will use the equipment in winter, and some occupations will not use it at this time.
1. When we first use the equipment, we must investigate the water output condition of the equipment, and check whether the water outlet pipe on the equipment shows icing conditions. If it appears icy or is about to freeze, we can add some warm water to it and sleep. The temperature must be higher than 50 degrees, and then add some antifreeze in the water tank, so as to avoid the appearance of icing inside the equipment, which will affect the operation of the equipment.
2. If the equipment needs to be transported, we must drain all the water in before transporting, and we must ensure that there is no remaining water in the water tank and system pipes, which can effectively prevent the pipes from freezing due to low temperature during transportation. This leads to a state of swelling and breaking. In addition, when the equipment is not in use in winter, all the inside should be discharged, and then a cloth is used to cover the equipment, which can effectively prevent the entry of debris from affecting the function of the product.
