Chiller is a new type of air conditioning equipment which integrates refrigeration and heating. The chiller is composed of compressor, evaporator and condenser. The cold air from the cold water mechanism is transported to the kitchen or the central air conditioner through the pipeline, and then returned to the room through the fan coil for heat exchange; In hot summer weather, the indoor heat is absorbed and transferred to the outdoor, so that the indoor stay cool and comfortable; At the same time, the outdoor heat energy is transmitted to a cool area or object to achieve the purpose of cooling.
The chiller is mainly composed of compressor unit, condenser group and throttling mechanism.
1, the role of the compressor is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy and kinetic energy of the liquid, that is, the reciprocating linear motion of the piston into rotary motion.
Compressor is one of the most important components in a refrigeration system:
It injects energy into the system and converts it into high-temperature and high-pressure steam to drive the circulating flow of the cooling medium, thus completing the whole process of vapor-liquid conversion.
2, the role of the evaporator is to convert the low-pressure gas from the compressor into the medium-pressure low-temperature superheated steam output to the condenser to condense and release heat and depressurize the process.
3, the role of the condenser is to convert the higher temperature working medium steam from the evaporator into a liquid state with lower pressure and discharged into the low pressure pipeline for further use.
4, the role of the expansion valve is to control the amount of liquid working medium flowing through the evaporator into the condenser. When the refrigerant flow is too large or too small, it needs to be adjusted to ensure a certain amount of liquid supply to meet the requirements of the system.
5, the purpose of the capillary is to prevent the leakage of steam into the outside air caused by pollution.
6, the filter dryer is used to remove moisture in the humid air.
7. The thermal expansion valve is used to suppress the balance of pressure before and after the thermal expansion valve.
8, the electromagnetic four-way reversing switch is used to control the opening and stopping of the refrigerator oil pump.
9. Oil storage tank is used to store refrigerated oil.
