In the normal operation of a water-cooled chiller, it is inevitable that there will be dirt or other impurities affecting the cooling effect. Therefore, in order to prolong the service life of the main unit and achieve a better cooling effect, regular maintenance and maintenance work should be carried out to ensure the quality of chiller units and improve production efficiency.
Water-cooled chillers need to be equipped with water pumps and cooling towers. Water will be used. High-pressure alarms often cause high-low pressure alarms when water quality problems or debris are introduced into the unit during use. How can we handle it?
1. First, check whether the cooling tower works normally and whether the water pump is turned on. When the other components of the unit are normal, high pressure alarms will only occur when the cooling tower is not working;
2. If there is no problem with the cooling water circulation system and the expansion valve (capillary tube), and the high pressure alarm still occurs, it is necessary to check whether the water quality in the cooling tower is clean and whether the filter dries. If necessary, add water treatment equipment to the water source, clean the condenser, etc.;
3. If the pump and the cooling tower are operating normally, a high pressure alarm still occurs. At this time, we must check whether the capillary (expansion valve) is blocked or if there is a leak.
4, the above steps are displayed when the normal display, it depends on the high / low pressure table data, in order to determine whether there is no leakage of refrigerant, or air into.
5. The water pressure in the water inlet pipe of the chiller causes the water flow rate to be too small, causing the compressor temperature to rise too fast;
6, check the pressure gauge shows the state of the refrigerant, if there is insufficient refrigerant, there will be an alarm. At this point should first check whether there is a leak, if there is need to be repaired, and to add enough refrigerant;
7. Check whether there is any impurity in the influent water source. Whether the cooling water tower has a dirty blocking phenomenon will affect the operation effect. Is the inlet pipe of the chiller blocked by impurities?
8, check the condenser copper tube for more fouling, poor heat dissipation, smaller diameter caused by the problem, to clean the condenser copper tube regularly;
9. If there is a blockage in the dry filter, be sure to replace the new filter and handle the water impurities in time.
Judging from many years of experience, the basic reason for the high-pressure warning of water-cooled chillers is poor water quality. Impurities enter the water hole and hinder the cooling effect of cooling towers. We should remove impurities and test water quality to make appropriate The treatment work prevents impurities from entering the cooling water tower and affects the normal operation of the water-cooled chiller, causing a high-pressure alarm in the water-cooled chiller.
Finally, whether it is a water-cooled chiller, an air-cooled chiller or a screw-type chiller, it is all-weather work. Therefore, when working for six months, it is necessary to perform maintenance work on the entire system, and at the latest. One year.
